Beach Babe

Summertime is the best time!  As we transition to the new season these are some of the  new beauty products I have been using and loving!

With tanned skin I love a brighter lip! I tend to stick with mauves, but come summer I am ready for some color! I have been loving the Maybelline lipstick in the color Vibrant Mandarin!  It’s such a perfect summer shade!  The orange/pink color compliments a summer tan perfectly!

My next favorite is the Butter Bronzer by Physicians Formula. This bronzer literally smells like summer. It has a tropical/coconut scent!  The skin tone is pretty neutral which I really love about this bronzer.  It’s doesn’t make you look orange… The packaging is also super cute and tropical.

I’m sure by now everyone has heard about the new Wet n Wild Highlighting Powder in the shade Precious Petals. It was so hard for me to get my hands on this baby!  I checked everywhere and it was always sold out.  I finally found it in K-Mart. This highlight is so gorgeous.  It gives your skin such a pretty glow and is super affordable. It’s creamy and pigmented.  I use a fan brush and lightly highlight my cheekbones and brow bones with this highlight.

Along with beauty products, perfume is fun to change up this time of year too.  I am so obsessed with Thymes Kimono Rose.  Its a floral, girly scent that I love!  I’ve been wearing it non stop!

Last but not least I think a cute pair of cat eye sunnies are a must for the summer!  I think this style of sunglasses looks so chic! I bought these from Target!

What’s your summer favorites?!
